RELATIVITY FEST SCHOLARSHIP

This document contains the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for the Relativity Fest student scholarship (the “Scholarship”). By submitting an application for the Scholarship, you agree to and accept these Terms.

Relativity ODA LLC (“Relativity”) reserves the right to modify or cancel these Terms or any portion thereof, and further reserves the right to modify or cancel any program or information described or published on Relativity’s website or the application website without prior notice.

Application Criteria: To apply for the Scholarship, you must: (a) complete the application form, (b) agree to these Terms, and (c) attain at least twenty-one (21) years of age on or before September 27, 2026. You must apply using your full legal name and your most current contact information. You are only eligible to receive the Scholarship once.

Acceptance: The Relativity Fest Scholarship Committee (“Committee”) will evaluate the merits of each application that it receives and will make the final determination to either award or deny a Scholarship in its sole and absolute discretion. The Committee will award the Scholarship to no more than thirty-six (36) applicants. If Relativity selects you as a recipient of the Scholarship, Relativity will notify you of such selection in an email offer letter that details the procedure for accepting or rejecting the Scholarship. You may not transfer the Scholarship for any reason, and any attempted transfer of the Scholarship will be void ab initio. If you do not respond to the offer letter by June 1, 2026, your offer will be rescinded and may be extended to another applicant.
1.Scholarship Funds: The Scholarship consists of (a) complimentary Relativity Fest registration, (b) round-trip transportation to and from Relativity Fest in Chicago, (c) Meals and (d) hotel accommodations. Relativity will work with you to coordinate transportation, but will determine the details of the transportation in its sole discretion. You are responsible for reporting the Scholarship to the relevant taxing authorities, and for paying taxes on any taxable portion of the Scholarship to such authorities.

Transportation: In the event that your transportation to Relativity Fest is rendered impracticable by an event outside of your control, such as terrorism, riot, judicial or governmental action, labor disputes, or acts of God (each a “Force Majeure Event”), you will be responsible for arranging an alternative form of transportation, and Relativity will reimburse you for the reasonable costs associated therewith. Relativity is not responsible for any event that is not a Force Majeure Event and that prevents, hinders, delays or otherwise makes your transportation to Relativity Fest impracticable or impossible.

Publicity: If Relativity selects you as a recipient of the Scholarship, you may reference your status as a Scholarship recipient on your resume and in social media posts, provided that you do not use any Relativity trademarks, and you do not reference the Scholarship in any way that suggests or implies any affiliation, agency, endorsement, employment, partnership, or any other relationship between you and Relativity.

Privacy: Relativity will respect the privacy of your personal information that you include in your application. Relativity may, in its sole discretion, publish excerpts of your application on its website, at Relativity Fest, or in any other forum or format, in accordance with the Publicity Release Agreement set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. By submitting an application and agreeing to these Terms, you agree to, and affirm the matters in, the Publicity Release Agreement in Exhibit A.

Termination: Relativity reserves the right to terminate the Scholarship for any reason or for no reason, in its sole discretion. The Publicity Release Agreement in Exhibit A will survive any such termination. If Relativity terminates the Scholarship, Relativity may require you to return or repay the full amount of the Scholarship, and you hereby agree to do so.
